Returns
New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Beyond 30 days, we do not offer refunds.
Returned items must be unused.They must be returned in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell, etc will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
Warranty
We at Dacoblue offer a 5 year warranty on product defaults occuring from normal use.
